Virginia Beach native Rick Romano has been decorating the East Coast with his original ocean art for over 20 years.  During his tenure as a Kingston PTA supported artist in residence several years ago, he created an original work entitled "Two Worlds of the Lynnhaven River" that graces the lobby wall outside the cafeteria.  Not only is the painting beautiful, but it also serves to support the Chesapeake Bay Initiative, which in turn supports the Kingston enrichment programs Knee Deep in the Chesapeake and Oyster Reef Keepers.  Learn more here:
